Please note vinyl orders can only be a special message OR name. Email us (with your order number) your color preferences for our vinyl and glitters for snow globe.
These come in 2 sizes so make sure to select either the regular size cup (16oz) or the taller cup (25oz)

All glasses and bamboo lids are gentle HAND WASH ONLY! This will prevent your design from fading or damage to your lids. Make sure to dry the bamboo lid very well.
These cups are made to order so we appreciate your understanding of no returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or is not correct, please contact the shop directly within 24 hours of delivery. Make sure to read our Store Policy as well as our Refunds & Returns Policy. Thank you!

Production time varies but typically takes 5-7 business days before shipping.

We carefully package all glassware to prevent breakage. However, if your item arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Replacements policy below.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our glass cups, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives broken or has defects, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement.

Care Instructions
Handwashing is recommended for longevity, though some designs may be dishwasher-safe.
Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent glass breakage. Cold Drinks are preferred when using our glass cups.
