Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our mugs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives broken or has defects, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement.
